Advisory and Management Service (AMS) aims to help NGOs improve their daily operations by enhancing their capacity in creating long-lasting positive changes.

What I offer

The core objective of my advisory and management services is to provide direct support to non-profit organizations/NGOs in a range of areas, including mentorship, accompaniment, and assistance. I work closely and directly with NGOs to identify their specific needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements, conducting need assessments and providing comprehensive training and mentorship to help build the capacity of staff and volunteers within the organization. My services encourage NGOs to execute projects and programs successfully, enhancing their professionalism, and benefiting not only the organizations and their partners but also contributing to the overall effectiveness and sustainability of humanitarian and development projects in the long run.
